Crissie, a proud native North Carolinian and graduate of NC State, brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in medical sales and marketing. Throughout her extensive travels for work, she consistently maintained a polished appearance, valuing the transformative power of a great blow-out.

Recognizing the need for a first-class salon experience in Charlotte, particularly in the South Charlotte market, Crissie seized the opportunity to fill the void. Thus, H2Blow was born - with a mission to provide exceptional blow-out and color services in a welcoming environment.

At H2Blow, inclusivity is key. Welcoming women of all hair textures, the salon strives to ensure every guest feels seen, heard, and understood. Kristen Gonzalez

Owner & Lead Stylist

With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kristen is a master of extensions, highlights, and color. Known for her precision and eye for detail, she’s passionate about helping clients look—and feel—their absolute best. Originally from Raleigh, NC, Kristen draws inspiration from the latest trends and techniques, including her training with Bellami Extension Pros. Her favorite part of the job? Watching her clients' confidence soar with every transformation. Outside the salon, Kristen is a proud mom of three boys and a dedicated fitness enthusiast. With over 20 years of experience, Adel Taylor brings unmatched expertise and creativity to H2Blow. Originally from Puerto Rico, Adel and her husband made the move to the Charlotte area in 2024 after living in Colorado. She specializes in all aspects of hair artistry, including color, highlights, balayage, blowouts, updos, and styling. Adel’s passion for her craft and dedication to her clients make her an exceptional stylist who delivers stunning results every time.

Tricee Watson

Stylist

Tricee Watson believes authenticity is the key to great hair and meaningful connections. With over a decade in the beauty industry, she creates a welcoming, personalized experience where clients feel seen, heard, and confident—whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth.



She specializes in custom cuts and color that enhance not only her clients’ features, but their personality and lifestyle. Inspired by texture and movement, Tricee views hair as a form of self-expression and feels honored to be part of each client’s journey.

Outside the salon, she recharges in nature, enjoys live music, and values kindness, creativity, and keeping it real.

Vanessa Martin

Vanessa Martin is a Hair Cutting Specialist with over seven years of experience behind the chair. She’s passionate about creating effortlessly stylish, fashion-forward looks that leave her clients feeling confident and genuinely happy.



Known for her warm, heart-centered approach, Vanessa brings both skill and personality to every appointment. Outside the salon, she’s a coffee lover, fashion enthusiast, proud dog mom, and fitness fan.
